A period starts on drop-off day and ends at noon each following day. First day is always charged. Last day is free only if picked up in the morning business hours. See the full worked examples and rules on our How We Work page.

Most cases resolve in 4-5 days. Antibiotics are effective. In rare severe cases it can lead to pneumonia. You will sign a waiver at check-in. Expand the "Important, PLEASE READ" section above or see full details on our How We Work page.

We often refer senior dogs to veterinary boarding facilities, but we do make exceptions for healthy elderly dogs on shorter stays. See the full details and exceptions on our How We Work page, or contact us.

No extra fees beyond the standard period rates. Sundays are charged as full days (full policy and examples on our Pricing & Policies page).
